HSPiP - Solvent Optimization Tool
Supports 10,000 chemical substances. Comprehensive software for solubility prediction and solvent design.
Hansen Solubility Parameter in Practice (HSPiP) is an effective HSP parameter tool for predicting solubility and visualizing data. The Hansen Solubility Parameter (HSP) is an indicator that represents how easily a substance dissolves in relation to other substances, expressed as a multidimensional vector. Specifically, it quantitatively represents the interactions between substances by breaking down the energy components into the following three elements: - Energy due to dispersion forces - Energy due to polar forces - Energy due to hydrogen bonding forces By plotting these three components on a three-dimensional space with each component as an axis, the characteristics of the interactions between substances can be visually displayed. This graph allows for the evaluation of the similarities and compatibility of interactions between different substances. *Our company also provides machines that are optimal for using HSPiP along with the software.
